Working Principle
Copper rice machine (waste wire and cable processing equipment): The shredder is used for crushing, and the material is shredded into a length of about 3cm, and then sheared and smashed by a secondary shredder, and then sorted by high-precision airflow sorting to obtain plastic and copper. , Unsorted clean plastics are sorted by electrostatic sorting machine to ensure the reuse rate of copper. The structure of the equipment is new and unique, with large production capacity and low power consumption. High sorting rate, one feeding, multi-machine cooperation is completed. The whole line is controlled by PLC. It can also improve the quality of recycled copper, and can reuse plastics, while avoiding environmental pollution problems.
Under the action of wind, the two materials with different densities are deflected by the amplitude movement on the screen surface with a certain angle, so that the copper wire with high density is attached to the screen and faces the copper outlet, and the plastic skin with low density floats on the copper wire. The top of the wire flows to the skin outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of separating copper and plastic. The clean rate of separation is proportional to the diameter of a single copper wire. The larger the diameter of a single copper wire is, the cleaner the separation of the plastic will be.
